A modern logo for a real estate and construction company that needed to work across both worlds. The “T” pulls double duty as a roofline, which is the kind of subtle detail that makes a mark feel intentional rather than generic.

The project went through several color palette iterations — a professional blue for credibility, a bold yellow nodding to the construction side of the business, and a client-requested red-on-blue callback to their previous branding. Sometimes the client knows what they want, and your job is to make it work. This one worked.
